Myanmar is a colorful country where live over one hundred ethnic groups (officially 135 ethnic groups) as result of three separate migrations from Central Asia and Tibet occurred from 10 until 14 century. The main ethnic groups are Bamar, Chin, Kachin, Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon and Rakhine. Minority groups live around the hills area or along the Inle Lake where people still practice traditional spirits religion even though the country is mainly Buddhist.
