The crystal clear sea of Cala Brandinchi
Cala Brandinchi is our favourite beach, and you will undoubtedly be impressed. Situated in a beautiful wild natural setting, surrounded by pine trees, with its white sand and shallow crystal clear waters reminiscent of Polynesia, it is also known as “little Tahiti“. The beach is 1 km long but only a few meters wide, and it’s always jam-packed from July to early September. It is a beach not to be missed because, due to its characteristics, it is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia.
Note: From 15 June 2022 to 15 September 2022, the beach will host a maximum number of 1447 tourists x day. The customers of the bathing establishments are included, and children up to 5 years will not be counted. Payment will be made via Smartapp (currently not working yet). Those staying in a regular structure in the San Teodoro area will pay less.
How to reach Cala Brandinchi
The beach is located 8 km from San Teodoro; along the SS125 (San Teodoro – Olbia), you will find a crossroads on your right with a sign indicating “Capo Coda Cavallo” and “Cala Brandinchi”. Turn there, and after 500 meters, you will notice the Cala Brandinchi / Lu Impostu junction on your right with a small kiosk where you can take the parking ticket (it is pretty expensive) and proceed for another kilometre on a dirt road before reaching the beach. If you continue straight ahead, you will arrive at the south car park of Cala Brandinchi beach and Lu Impostu beach; There was another car park at the north tip of the beach, but it’s closed at the moment (2021). The south parking lot can only hold 250 vehicles.
Beach services: Bar, WC, showers, sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, dinghy boats, paddles and pedal boats.
