Our itinerary in Ethiopia

This adventure requires a great spirit of adaptation and is perfect for those who want to discover remote lands away from the classic tourist routes. The journey is a mix of unique experiences, both from the religious and cultural side and from the naturalistic side. You pass from the desert and wild landscapes of the Danakil depression, rich in volcanic lakes, active volcanoes, endless saline expanses and bubbling coloured pools, to the fascinating rock churches of the Tigray region, and the visit of the ancient historical cities of Ethiopia such as Axum, Gondar and Lalibela. Our trip coincided with one of the most important religious celebrations of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church: the Timkat. It was a unique opportunity to be immersed in the local culture and touch the great religious spirit of the amazing Ethiopian people.
